Showroom Cleaning Operative

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of a high-end kitchen & bathroom showroom and are currently recruiting for an Operative/Cleaner. This is a temporary role based in Reading with no contract end date.

Salary & Hours: £8.72/hr, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 15:00

Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a welcoming team close to Reading town centre.

This is a cleaning role in which you will be keeping the cleanliness and appearance of the Showroom and other Staff, work areas to a high standard as per the weekly cleaning schedule which will be provided

Key Responsibilities
Clean/Polish all mirrors, taps, valves, showers, and shower glass (anything shiny or metallic)
Clean the front kitchen by main entrance (wipe the worktops down, clean the basin, clean coffee machine, wipe down seats
General dusting and cleaning
Cleaning conference room, trade office and warehouse
Cleaning Staff kitchen
Cleaning Staff & Customer toilets

Candidate Requirements
Good understanding of English language
Ability to work to a high standard
Previous hygiene or cleaning experience highly appreciated
Ability to follow the cleaning routine daily / weekly task list

Qualifications
Previous experience in business cleaning is an advantage
