A great opportunity has arisen for a cleaning operative in Heslington, York.

The contract requires a high quality cleaning service, delivered in a customer focused manner.
You will be working at the above property and we expect a flexible approach from our staff.

The candidate will be required to complete a successful Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check

Your duties will include:
" To carry out cleaning of student accommodation, including kitchens and bathrooms
" Follow onsite cleaning procedures, in accordance with agreed service levels.
" Ensure areas are free from rubbish,
" Ensure areas are left hygienic, not slippery or hazardous to building users
" Replenish any consumables necessary
" To be helpful to customers
Skills
" Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly.
" Able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales with limited supervision.
" Physically fit with good customer care skills

Technical Knowledge & Training
" Trained to BICS Standard or NVQ Cleaning qualification desirable.
" Experienced in the safe use of all types of cleaning equipment
" Awareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working.
" Awareness of COSHH regulations.

In return you will recieve a salary in the region of 13,039, full uniform, working with a friendly team, free onsite parking.
