This position is working 40 hours a week on a rota within a site that operates 24/7.

The Role:

You will be responsible for delegating tasks to the cleaning staff
Producing rotas
Provide staff training & ensure they are up to date with relevant H&S legislation
Order consumables including PPE and uniform
Promote H&S best practice and ensure that all staff adhere to this.

The Person:

You will have previous experience of supervising staff
Have previous experience of cleaning ideally in a commercial environment
Have a flexible approach to you working hours
Have excellent communication skills
