Cleaning Supervisor
Location - Greenwich
Salary Range - £14,790 - £15,058
Employment Type - Permanent, part time
Weekly Hours - 25hrs per week - 5:00 am to 7:30 am and 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

My client is recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join the facilities team at their outstanding all-through Academy based in Greenwich South East London.

Your opportunity

The purpose of your role will be to undertake and supervise cleaning operatives to provide a clean working environment for all site users to the standards and frequencies specified.
Your main responsibilities will include:

" Opening/closing all buildings and operating security systems as required.
" Line managing a team of cleaners, including arranging cover, preparing annual leave rota, sickness reporting and reviews, and training
" Daily completion of monitoring report forms.
" To ensure that signing in and out records are accurate and completed daily.
" Monitoring, distribution and ordering of cleaning materials
" Management of cleaning equipment and machinery, including maintaining a machinery maintenance log.
" Preparation of school holiday cleaning programmes.
" Maintaining COSHH chemical records and Health and Safety files.
" Undertaking emergency cover cleaning duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

" Knowledge and experience of cleaning methods and techniques
" Experience of managing a team
" Experience of administration
" Knowledge of health and safety
" Three years` experience of cleaning supervision
" Ideally, BICS Assessor Accreditation
