Brook Street is seeking full time Clerical Officer`s for a period of 12 month`s with possibility of extension in Belfast City Centre.
Our public sector client would like someone with at least one year`s office experience in an office environment to include the use of Microsoft Office suite of packages or 4 GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.
The hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties will include data entry; ensuring administration is completed within deadline, ensuring all clerical duties are completed accurately, working with MS Office daily, and word-processing.
You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have 4 GCSE`s at grade C and above or have a year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role.
There are 2 job roles available with this client, one will specialise in report writing and the other one will specialise in payroll.
The rate of pay is £8.90 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
