Job Description
Brook Street UK Ltd are sourcing CV's on behalf of our Public Sector client based in Ballymena
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary and full time hours
Our client has a vacancy for a Clerical Officer within the team, the role is to provide Administrative support to the team
Operating IT and other office equipment
Making calculations
Writing and processing orders
Preparing and dispatching accounts
Compiling statistics
Customer Service
Telephone duties
Counter duties
Booking facilities
Keeping diaries
Arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms and providing hospitality
Keeping diaries

Collecting and processing information/data
The successful applicant will Maintaining files and filing systems
Photocopying
Processing mail
Maintaining records associated with office stationery and equipment stores
Hold a minimum of five GCSE passes (grades A*-C) or equivalent or higher or Have demonstrable administrative/clerical experience in an office environment including general office duties, word processing and practical use of computers
Have a minimum of three years, demonstrable administrative/clerical experience in an office environment including general office duties, word processing and the practical use of computers
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.25 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
