We are looking for a competent Clerical Officer o perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our client based in Limavady
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary ongoing and full time hours Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues and assisting customers with their enquiries
An effective Clerical Officer must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.
What do we need form you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
Willing to apply for a basic Access NI if successful
5 GCSE's A - C
You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.43 paid to you on a weekly basis
