Job Description

Our client based in Belfast City Centre is recruiting a Clerical Officer to join their team.

The role is full time, temporary ongoing. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700.

You will be part of a busy team, full training will be provided to you to support you on your journey. You will be responsible for general clerical work e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls and dealing with emails in a polite and professional manner. Working as part of a team in delivering service and supporting line-managers and colleagues to complete the work given.

You are a good fit for the role, if you have excellent organisational skills, reliable, communication skills, efficient and flexible

To meet the criteria of this vacancy, you must have 5 GCSE`s at Grade A to C and be willing to apply for a basic Access NI if successful

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.43 per hour, paid on a weekly basis and benefit from 34 annual leave days per annum from your 13th week of assignment
