Job Description

We currently have twelve Clerical/Admin Assistant positions available to work with our client within VOA based in Halifax. This is a long term temporary role.

Hours: Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm

Pay: £8.75 per hour

Overview:
To carry out a range of external and internal customer service activity, processing and other administrative tasks to support the relevant function/unit within the business.

Key Duties include:
- Case registration
- Data inputting/processing
- Search & interrogate electronic and manual databases
- act as first point of contact for enquiries from internal and external customers
- Carry out a range of administrative task and support functions to assist management as requested
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail


The ideal candidate will be able to communicate straightforward information both orally and written. Good IT skills will be necessary for this position. Training will be provided to improve both knowledge and skills while working this client.
