Brook Street are currently looking for Customer Service Assistants to work for a government client, based in Aust.
Main Duties include:
-Maintain customer records, perform associated clerical duties and deal with customer queries via email, on the telephone and face to face.
-Ensure timely preparation of payments and banking receipts,including counting, inputting and reconciliation.
-Maintain customer records and perform associated clerical duties (i.e. assign tags, refunds, top ups)
-Assist with training in the use of systems.
You must have Admin and Customer Service experience.
Working hours are, Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £9 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of December 2018, but may be extended depending on the business needs.
