Our client located in Fulwood, is seeking an experiencd Business Support Assistant to work 25 hours per week over 5 days (between Monday - Friday).

This role is split equally between two halves of the Nursing & Quality Directorate to support the Patient Safety and Quality Agenda and the Complaints and Patient Experience Agenda.
For this role, the successful candidate must have general administrative and minute taking skills, experience in inputting data accurately and in a timely manner and the ability to retrieve information from relevant electronic recording systems/ databases. Whilst having excellent writing and organisation skills and they must have an eye for detail and have a high understanding about confidentiality and data protection due to the sensitive nature of work. As part of this role individual will ensure all enquiries are effectively managed and successfully resolved within a prompt timescale, ensuring all personnel are informed as necessary and an appropriate record is maintained.
The individual is also expected to have good communications skills and are proficient in Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Word and Excel. A good knowledge of the NHS and the local structures would be highly beneficial in performing this role.
If successful the applicant will gain a good understanding and experience of the whole of the Nursing and Quality Directorate.
