Brook Street are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to work for a government client, based in Exmouth.
The main duty of the role is to deliver all aspects of admin support to the department.
Main duties include:
Maintaining personnel medical records including scanning of documents.
Administering electronic health records (e-HR) , receiving them from other units and dispatching
when personnel move establishments, completing the associated
Open and distribute all non- private medical facility incoming mail to appropriate desk
within 12 hours of receipt.
To create minutes , records and actions following medical centre meetings.
To assist in the maintenance of comprehensive Desk Top Instructions for all the
administrative tasks in the department.
To assist in the administration and organisation of routine and operational force
protection recalls for personnel.
Deal with patient enquiries both on the telephone and face to face, directing them where necessary to the appropriate SME.
Experience and skills required:
-Previous administrative experience
-Customer service experience
-Familiar with Microsoft Office
This assignment is ongoing until April 2019.
Rate of pay is £8.45 per hour.
