Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn are seeking an experienced Customer Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.

Our client offers a great working environment with a free lunch at the on-site canteen. Free access during restricted hours at the on-site gym and other amenities. Due to the remote location you will need your own transport; free parking is available on site.


The role will include, but will not be restricted to;


- Answering telephone calls
- Completing any after call work
- Resolving customer queries

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ha good communication skills, both oral and written

The rate of pay is 9.83 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.


Successful candidates will need to register with Brook Street, Peterborough and will be subject to three years referencing.
