A fantastic opportunity has opened up to work full time in a temporary position in Warrington, within a Government body as an Administration Assistant. This role is for approx 3 months with possible extension.
You will be working 37 hours a week, Monday through to Friday 9-5.
The pay rate will be is £11.66
The role will involve:
Routine administrative support tasks according to well-established procedures. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
- Gathering and sorting of technical data.
- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and relaying messages.
- Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data.
- Note taking.
- Minute taking.
We are looking for someone who has had previous exposure to working within a similar role, dealing with administration and customer service on various levels, computer and communication skills are vital for this role. The successful candidate will need to go through security clearance, start date ASAP pending security clearance and references.
