Brook Street are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to work for a government client based in Exeter.
You will be providing secretarial and administrative support to several managers, exercising independent judgement and being proactive.
Main Duties Include:
-Meeting room bookings and meeting arrangement for multiple attendees and diaries including coordinating agendas.
-Collation of receipts and submission of expense reports.
-Coordinating availability of meeting attendees.
-Monitoring and triage of emails.
-Travel and hotel bookings.
-Ad hoc administrative tasks, sometimes on internal systems.
-Setting up virtual meeting arrangements such as Webex.
-Assisting with event organisation where required.
Skills and experience:
-Recent strong administrative experience
-Knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office.
-Good Teamwork and Time Management skills.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until the end of April 2020.
Rate of pay is £9.41 per hour.
