I am currently recruiting for an administrator to join a busy government department in Manchester city centre. This is a temporary role, initially for three months with the potential for this to be extended.
You will be providing admin support to a busy team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Photocopying, filing, posting or proof reading data
- Answering telephone calls, both internal and external and ensuring that messages are relayed in a timely manner.
You should have some previous admin experience and also a basic understanding of Microsoft office. Good communication skills, both written and oral are also required.
As this is a government role you will be required to provide three years worth of references and also complete a standard DBS.
