Our large Public Sector client is looking for a team member within the British Cattle Movement Service at Workington. This is a temporary post until 31st March 2019 with the possibility of extension.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
To work as part of a team within the Operational Directorate. Processing large volumes of incoming customer correspondence accurately (paper and electronic methods).
To be part of the helpline pool answering customer queries, conducting system checks and registering new customers.
Working pattern is full time (37 hours) Monday to Friday. Each day will involve either an 8:00am start or 5:00pm finish to support business requirements.
