Brook Street are currently seeking an Admin Officer to work for a government client based in Filton.
-Processing changes to position details submitted by the business on a bespoke system.
-Handling staff moves between posts and issue new post details by letter.
-Managing all aspects of non-standard staff moves providing advice and guidance to line managers.
Skills and experience:
-Data entry experience
-High attention to detail
-Computer literate, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-General administrative/clerical experience
This is Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £9.94 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of March 2019, but may be extended depending on the business.
