A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to work within a Government body based close by to Manchester Piccadilly station. I am looking for a professional, hard working and adaptable candidates who have strong experience in customer service. You will need to be strong minded and have the ability to handle difficult situations confidently should they arise. The working hours of this role are between 8am to 6pm with a pay rate of £7.98 rising to £10.67 after 12 weeks.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Provide a high quality service to internal and external customers, responding appropriately and effectively to queries and complaints and meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Ensure all administration work is carried out effectively and to a high standard.
Prepare routine correspondence.
Participate and support projects within and behalf of your department.
Successful candidates will need to be referenced for 3 years and are subject to a criminal check.
