We have an exciting opportunity for an admin officer to join a public sector organisation based in the city centre on a temporary basis until 31/07/19.
The organisation has a bright modern open plan office with a supportive team and has good public transport links.
The role is a facilities post which will require you to manage the contractors, contracts, and visitors into the building. You will be responsible for raising and tracking jobs and speaking to engineers ensuring they deliver within the contract and agreed deadlines. The role will also include but not be limited to; Post opening, speaking to engineers, being customer facing and liaising with business users.
The ideal candidate will have a good attention for detail, confident using IT systems especially EXCEL to track outstanding jobs. You will need to be confident dealing with all levels of authority and able to work effectively with contractors and other building users.
This role is starting at £7.98 for the first 12 weeks and will then go up to £10.84 and includes paid holidays and pension.
