Brook Street are currently seeking an Admin Officer to work for a government client, based in Bridgwater.
As an Admin Officer, you will be providing administrative support within the team.
Main duties include:
-Analysing data and submitting results in a written report.
-Overseeing administrative procedures and processes.
-Assisting with budget and control, if required.
-Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources.
-Preparing routine correspondence.
Skills and experience:
-Recent administrative experience.
-Good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office.
-Good communication skills, both oral and written.
This a full time position, working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £9.41 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment until 31st March 2020, but may be extended depending on the business needs.
