Clerical/Admin Officer

Job Description

Brook Street are currently seeking an Admin Officer to work for a government client, based in Exeter.

As an Admin Officer, you will be providing administrative support within the team.

Main duties include:
-Validating applications from external customers and speaking with them to ensure all information has been provided.
-Using internal IT systems to locate and save documents and record progress of the applications

Skills and experience:
-Good communication skills including confidence in speaking with customers and colleagues on the phone.
-Able to integrate well into a team.
-Computer literate.
-Enjoy working in an office environment.
-Be passionate about supporting and protecting the environment.
-Willing to undertake some training which may involve 1-2 days travel.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.

Rate of pay is £11.66 per hour.

This is a temporary role ongoing until the end of December 2019.
