Job Description

Senior Clerical / Administrator

Our Public Sector Client is seeking an experienced Clerical administrator for a full time position based in Sheffield.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, both over the phone and via email with a keen eye for detail.

The main focus around this role will be to deal with enquiries from users such as email and phone calls, and report data accurately in the ITIL Toolset.
We are looking for a candidate that can work strategically on the backlog ensuring critical access is given ASAP. Follow the Incident management process and ensure all issues are resolved within SLA`s. Update ITIL tool Knowledge articles for users and team members. Review Knowledge articles to ensure up to date.


The hours of work are 37 hours per week between 08:00 - 17:00
Due to the nature of this role a DBS would need to be in place before the role can commence.
Phone interviews are to be help week commencing 12/08/19 and the role is due to start early September.
This is a 3 month contract.
£12.06 per hour
