Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administration Officer role, working in a public sector organisation within Nottingham. The assignment is temporary and could potentially run up to 31/03/20.

The office environment is modern and open plan, but are unable to offer on site parking, due to the location but does have good public transport links. You would be working within a team of 8-9 staff and offers flexibility on working times.

As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for ensuring forms within the organisation are completed correctly, chased and registered fully alongside supporting the team with general adhoc admin duties as required. The role would involve completing and chasing forms, updating the database and using Microsoft Suites, so being confident using IT systems and picking new processes up quickly and effectively would be beneficial. You will also need to be a confident communicator with a can-do attitude, being comfortable using different processes to get results.

The role would suit an organised multi-tasker that is a confident communicator that is comfortable using IT systems and is a quick learner and happy to get stuck in. The hourly rate starts at £8.36 for the first 12 weeks and then increases to £10.84 thereafter, other benefits include a pension and paid holidays.
