Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer to work with the Ministry of Defence on a temporary basis based in Keynsham.
As an Admin Officer to the Company Admin Clerk your main areas of responsibility will be:
- To assist with the maintenance and updating of the individual personnel documentation of the Company members and
- Undertaking regular quality assurance checks of data to ensure accuracy
- Maintenance of personnel files and ID Documentation.
Good knowledge of EXCEL and spreadsheets is advantageous. The admin Officer will receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail and process outgoing mail as well as maintain and order stationery stocks. The Admin Officer will also provide photocopying and faxing services and carry out ad-hoc but distinct administrative tasks as required by the office manager.
This is a full time temporary position at 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday, paying £10.35ph and provisionally ending 05/12/20 with subject to extension.
