I have a great opportunity for 2 administrators to work full time in a 6 month temporary booking.
You will be working for a a government agency which administers company liquidations and personal bankruptcies. The position is working Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
You will be working as a support administrator so your duties will include data entry on an in-house database, answering calls, speaking to members of the public, filing and scanning. You will be required to use MS Office on occasion so you will need to be able to use Word and Excel to an intermediate level.
The successful candidates will need to have great communication skills, have some office/computer experience and be keen to learn as you will be learning new systems and processes.
You will be paid every Friday and with a pay rate of £8.36 per hour. After 12 weeks the hourly rate increases to £10.51. Please note that anyone under the age of 24 will be paid the applicable national minimum wage and people over the age of 25 will be paid the applicable national living wage for the first 12 weeks.
If you are successful you will need to come into the Chelmsford office to complete the vetting forms for this position, this will include under going a background criminal record check.
