We are seeking a long term temporary worker for an exciting opportunity within the public sector.
The Temporary Worker will provide routine administrative support tasks, Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
Sorting and distributing mail
Photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
Typical qualifications and experience: Two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Good communication skills, both oral and written.
The role will help the team with developing the administrative process required for new Apprenticeship standards being delivered across the Army. The new apprentice standards have introduced an end point assessment (EPA) for every new standard.
Support and develop appropriate processes to administer the EPA processes for the Army Apprentice Programme, including registration with EPA organisations.
In line with the requirements of a number of different EPA organisations, ensure processes to enrol and book Apprentices onto Assessments are provided and assured.
Provide up to date information related to the process for EPA requirements to the Apprentice, Apprentice contracted service providers or the Army chain of commands as appropriate and required.
General administrative support such as filing, photocopying, dealing with telephone enquiries.
Manage the attendance of Apprentices at EPA appointments liaising with contracted service providers and unit chains of command as appropriate.
