Job Description
Brook Street UK Ltd are recruiting a Senior Clerical Officer for our client based in Ballymena
Our client has advised us that the role is Full time and temporary
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including word processing/typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, fax, intranet and internet facilities
To be considered for this role, applicants must have demonstrable administrative/clerical experience in an office environment including general office duties, word processing and practical use of computers.
Have evidence of a customer focused approach to work
Have ability to work effectively as a team member and also independently
Have evidence of sound interpersonal and communication skills
Applicants must hold a minimum of five GCSE passes (grades A*-C) or equivalent or higher or have a minimum of three years, demonstrable administrative/clerical experience in an office environment including general office duties, word processing and the practical use of computers
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.01 per hour, paid to you on a weekly basis
