Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting for an experienced administrator for a temporary assignment with Network Rail based in their Whitland Office.This is a 6-month assignment on a full-time basis.
About the Role
" Full time, temporary
" 35 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
" £11.60 p/hour
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
" Scanning, filing and photocopying of documents
" Managing time-sheets and rosters
" Handling queries by phone and email
" Data entry
" Recording annual leave and sickness
" Providing high quality administrative support
The successful applicant must be comfortable in a busy office environment and will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Previous administrative experience is essential for this role. The role requires a hard-working and reliable individual who is motivated and can effectively prioritise their workload. Please also note that this role will not have any requirement for working from home and will be solely office-based.
Prior to starting in the role, the chosen candidate must pass all compliance checks. Checks will consist of a Criminal Record Check and 3 years reference history. The successful applicant must also be able to provide multiple valid ID documents to confirm Eligibility to Work, Photo ID, Proof of Address and Proof of NI number.
