Job Description

A full time temporary role has become available within the Warrington area, in a government department.
hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, office hours.
Pay: 14.96 per hour.
Duties:
The Contract Support Officers will use agreed tools and processes to undertake contract support activities, including uploading contracts, raising of purchase orders, processing payment requests, and investigating anomalies to ensure we pay our suppliers within agreed time frames.

The Contract Support Officer will work closely with Project Managers and Commercial Service Managers. An interest in developing greater contractual awareness is useful.

Qualifications preferred:
" Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation - an advantage but not essential.
" PRINCE2 Foundation or APM Project Fundamentals qualification (PFQ) - an advantage but not essential.
" AAT / Financial
" NEC4 Contract Management ECC and PSC

Skills and attributes:
Must have good numeracy skills and enjoy working with figures, and experience in a similar role and working environment.

" Focuses on customers and partners - Addresses the needs of internal and external customers, provides rapid and effective responses.

COVID19 working from home status:

This role is initially based from home until December 2021, after this date the working from role status will be reviewed, with the client looking to offer flexibility between home and the office. All working from home equipment will be supplied to the successful applicant
