The role may vary according to business demand for specific tasks and therefore supporting a flexible working approach is key to the Agency`s success. Comprehensive training will be provided on all systems used and task undertaken. The role offers variety could incorporate any of the following activities:
customer call handling
replying to customers` letters and emails
To review customer notified requests for changes to their land and raise job requests on the Land Management System.
To maintain the links between customers and their land.
To action and resolve digitising queries with customers.
To successfully fulfil the role a willingness to learn about the mapping requirements of the RPA is required. As previously mentioned comprehensive training will be provided.
Experience of amending/updating information on IT systems
Experience of customer contact to explain
Able to contribute as part of a team and demonstrate a positive and supportive approach to others to help achieve objectives and targets
Able to accurately interprete complex rules and desk instructions.
Conscientious about quality issues and accuracy
IT literate and proficient in navigating and toggling between different IT applications
Some experience of imagery interpretation or GIS applications would be useful
The ideal candidate will have to have:
Administrative exposure with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
