Clerical/Admin Officer

Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as an admin officer.

The post holder will be required to provide administrative support while following set procedures.

Your day to day duties will include:
- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report,
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes,
- Assisting with budget preparation and contract when required,
- Acting as an administration liaison with internal/external sources,
- Preparing routine correspondence

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check.
