My Public Sector Client is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Customer Service Advisor / Administration Officer to join their team based in Worcester.
You will be responsible for contacting a pre-set list of people to take part in a survey which is part of their yearly project looking into the effects of Blue Tongue amongst cattle. Your main role will be calling up suitable participants to discuss the survey with them, ask them questions to see if they are eligible and to update inhouse systems and databases. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the admin team`s work.
This will be a full time vacancy on a temporary basis until December 2021. The hours are between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, with a total of 37 hours a week. The hourly rate is £10.90.
Working from home opportunities are available, although being able to get to Worcester is essential as you will be required in the office as well.
The ideal candidate will have outbound calling experience, a good telephone manner, and be confident and enthusiastic when speaking to new people.
