Job Description

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary employee to join their team as an administrator. You will be working with the Rural Payments Agency.

This is initially a temporary role until March 2022, with the chance of an extension. This is a full time Monday - Friday role, 37 hours a week. This role will be a mix of office and home working. At the moment it is expected that 20% of your contrated hours are worked in the office and the rest are worked from home. The pay rate for the role is £10.90.

This will be a flexible role where you will get to experience different departments and job roles. Your day to day duties will include:

- Communicating with stakeholders and processing their claims,

- Using specific systems to process claims, making sure these claims are accurate,

- Making sure claims are correct and compliant,

- Regularly updating and completing excel spreadsheets,

- Data input

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Administration skills,

- Strong microsoft excel skills,

- Able to absorb and retain information,

- Able to take instruction and carry out tasks,

- Able to work well with a team,

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication skills
