Here at Brook street we are recruiting for an administrator to join a small friendly team initially for 6 months but possible extension. You will ideally have strong administration skills. You must enjoy being organised and happy to complete filling and post room duties You must be comfortable providing customer service, face to face and over the phone, following the company policies and resolving any disputes in a professional manner. You will be able to speak and take payments and provide accurate invoices and documentation. Working hard to upkeep our clients reputation.

The pay rate is £9.65 per hour, benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme. Training will be provided. Once training has been completed candidates may be able to work remotely 2 days a week. There will be set days in the office to complete all post rooms and filing duties.
