My client is currently looking for 3 administrators to join their team in Bolton on a temporary basis for upto 6 months for the right applicant.
This is a full time role paying upto £11.26 for the right applicant contracted to working 35-37 hours per week.
Duties include but not restricted to
" Process training requests from new (onboarding) and existing Postmasters, assistants and internal Post Office staff, including the scheduling of eLearning, classroom, onsite and remote activities
" Validation and implementation of changes requested to schedule for classroom and onsite/remote training activities, including annual leave and time back.
" Working with other Post Office internal teams and Postmasters to find scheduling solutions which best match resource availability to the timeframe requirements
" Creation and management of user accounts on the LMS (Learning Management System) and the assignment of training and completion dates to learners
" Acting as first point of contact for all queries related to training requests from the point of receipt to completion. This will involve interactions with Postmasters, assistants and internal Post Office teams on a regular basis
" Meticulous maintenance of data systems which support training scheduling and case tracking activities, including Dynamics, tracker spreadsheets, Autoroute and SharePoint
" Issuing notifications
" Early escalation of issues which are (or may) impinge on the ability of the team to efficiently process training requests
" Input creatively into improvements to processes and technology which will enhance the team`s capability to improve the service provided to its customers
