Our client located in Workington is seeking an Administration Officer to work Monday - Friday for 37 hours each week.
To work as part of a team within Operations Directorate processing BPS claims and tasks to meet key performance indicators (KPI`s).
The role may vary according to business demand for specific tasks and therefore supporting the flexible working approach is key to the Agency`s success. Training will be provided on all systems used and task types. The role could incorporate any of the following activities:
o data checking/entry
o claim processing
o customer call handling
o replying to customers` letters and emails
