Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Carlisle are looking for a confident individual to become part of their friendly outgoing team, on a full time - temporary basis. The role is for 5 days per week ( Monday to Friday ) with a rate of pay at £11.47 per hour

The role will include but not be restricted to -

Providing administrative support. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.

- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, submitting results in a written report

- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes

- Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required

- Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources

- Preparing routine correspondence

Typical qualifications and experience:

- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)

- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience)

- Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

You will be based in Carlisle, easily accessible by bus, car or train and there is also free on site car parking. Holiday pay, pension scheme and many more employee benefits are available to you

The start date is as soon as possible, however this does depend on various security checks, You will be required to show as a minimum a valid right to work document along with proof of your current address and national insurance number
