Brook Street are currently seeking Administration Officers to work with a government client, based in Exeter.
Main duties include:
-Customer call handling.
-Replying to customers emails/letters.
You must be able to to work at pace and provide a quality service.
Experience and skills:
-Recent administrative and customer service experience.
-Good administrative and customer service skills.
-Able to adapt to change in tasks frequently.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 0830-1700.
Rate of pay is £8.65 per hour.
This assignment is ongoing until the end of March 2019, but may be extended depending on the business needs.
