Brook Street are seeking Admin Officers to work for a government client, based in the Bristol City Centre.
The main duty of the role is dealing with customer queries via telephone and email. As well as this, the role may include;
-Overseeing administrative procedures and processes.
-Acting as a administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources.
-Preparing routine correspondence.
-Collating information and data and submitting results into a written report.
Experience and skills needed:
--Administrative experience with a good knowledge of experience in using Microsoft Office.
-Good communication skills both oral and written.
-A good eye for detail as there is lots of figure work involved.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 37 hour per week.
Rate of pay is £8.65 per hour.
This assignment is on-going until the start of December 2019.
