You will be working within an integrated Field Inspection Service team with responsibility for either the scheduling & allocation of visits, involving customer contact liaison with inspectors and / or the issue of the various customer notifications.
Your daily responsibility will include:
" Provide accurate and timely support for planning and scheduling decisions by carrying out analysis and interpretation of relevant data (including preparing reports).
" Maintaining datasets including data input into legacy data systems, such as the EMI and Sam database, and other Agencies datasets. Ensure key customer and inspection data are kept up to date and accurately maintained in the Field Service Management (Kirona) and other tools.
" Manage appointment requirements of scheduled visits (contacting customers directly) develop and maintain a strong customer focus to ensure effective relationship building and partnership working to provide customers with a quality service.
" Responsible for providing relevant correspondence to customer where required.
" Coordinate and progress responses to correspondence and enquiries, ensuring that internal and external queries are prioritised and effectively processed by the team.
" Manage the FIS mailbox, allocating actions to team members as required.
" Collate and report feedback on customer experience, where appropriate, to inform processes and support continuous improvement of FIS team operations.
" Participate in the development of team work plans and undertake any agreed actions effectively, to contribute to business planning and delivery. Flag up risks or concerns in order to meet customer requirements.
" Complying with agreed protocols for data sharing and storage of data and system user account maintenance.

You will be supported along in a team environment, but you must have the inactive to work alone also. Full training will be provided to you.

You must have Good communication skills, both oral and written. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office, NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience).

This is a long-term temporary contract working 37 standard office hours per week for £8.35 per hour.
