Job Description

Our public sector client has a vacancy for a Clerical/Telephony Officer to join their team in Belfast

Our client has advised us that the role is full time and temporary ongoing

You will be responsible for answering calls in a polite and professional manner, supporting Managers with administrative duties, updating in house systems and giving updated advise to customers via telephone

We do require at least one years experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, along with good communication skills

To be shortlisted for this role, please demonstrate on your CV your relevant experience, 5 GCSE`s at Grade A to C

You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.43 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
