Due to growth within our company we are now in an exciting position where we are looking to recruit a Client Support Coordinator to join our small but hardworking and dedicated team.
We are based in the heart of Leamington Spa town centre with great local attractions and amenities on our doorstep and we approach our day to day work with a `can do and positive attitude`.
In return for your hard work and dedication to the company we can offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 with 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown!
Working as a Client Support Coordinator you will find that no two days are the same and it`s really important that you are able to multi-task, whilst managing several deadlines at once and have excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for liaising with a multitude of different companies and clients at any one time making sure that each part of the training & project for the client is completed on time and answering any questions or queries that clients may have.
In this role you will be able to showcase and demonstrate your excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise various different workloads throughout the day and also be an effective and calm communicator that can adapt to change at the drop of a hat!
This role would suit someone that has come from a Client Support, Training or Project background who has had experience liaising with several people whilst managing different deadlines. If you`ve had experience completing diary management this is also an additional bonus.
