Due to company growth, our client is now in the exciting position where they are looking to recruit a Client Co-ordinator to join their small but hardworking and dedicated team.
This company is based in the heart of Leamington Spa town centre, with great local attractions and amenities on their doorstep, and they approach their day-to-day work with a `can do and positive attitude`.
In return for your hard work and dedication to the company they can offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 with 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown!
Working as a Client Co-ordinator you will find that no two days are the same and it`s really important that you are able to multi-task, whilst managing several deadlines at once. In addition to this you will have excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for liaising with a multitude of different companies and clients at any one time making sure that each part of the training and project for the client is completed on time, answering any questions or queries that clients may have.
In this role you will be able to showcase and demonstrate your excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise a variety of different workloads throughout the day and also be an effective and calm communicator who can adapt to change at the drop of a hat!
This role would suit someone that has come from a Client Support, Training or Project background who has had experience liaising with different people whilst managing different deadlines. If you`ve had experience completing diary management, this is also an additional bonus.
