Job Description

Client Experience Coordinator

Salary £12,308
20 hours per week

(Spread over 5 days per week or alternatively over three days (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

DUTIES:

  • Creating and maintaining records on our CRM and Proposals system
  • Administering the client work from proposal through to contract, through to invoice
  • Ensuring the client facing team have everything they need for an amazing client experience - including the creation of joining instructions, handouts, and sourcing of materials
  • Liaising with our Directors, consultants, and clients



ABOUT YOU:

  • Have an excellent project coordination background
  • Be proficient with all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Have a positive upbeat attitude
  • Be organised, versatile, proactive and have an eye for detail
  • Be confident liaising with Senior Managers in other businesses and our UK based team of remote consultants
