Our York based client is looking for Client Liaison Officers to work for their busy London branch - you will be working full time from home but may want to visit your colleagues in London at some point.

The ideal candidate will be a proven Customer Services Executive who has experience in closing business over the telephone.

You will be the client's first point of contact so you must be articulate and have a polished, empathetic and professional approach.

Working for one of the country's leading Mental Health-care providers you will need to be warm and friendly and have a sensitive approach to the needs of your clients.
