This is a hybrid working opportunity and the successful candidate will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The office is based in Cardiff city centre and full training will be given.
- Updating customer records
- Managing customer relationships
- Dealing with emergencies as they occur in a calm, positive and proactive manner
- Ensuring the customer as at the heart of everything by working quickly & efficiently
