Job Description
A rare opportunity to join a prestigious employer with beautiful offices in Cardiff City Centre has arisen as a result of business growth. During the pandemic, this employer became busier & busier and has now created an opportunity for a highly skilled & numerate administrator to join their team.
This is a hybrid working opportunity and the successful candidate will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The office is based in Cardiff city centre and full training will be given.
Duties include:
- Updating customer records
- Managing customer relationships
- Dealing with emergencies as they occur in a calm, positive and proactive manner
- Ensuring the customer as at the heart of everything by working quickly & efficiently
This is not a call centre & there are no evenings / weekends!
