You will be dealing with customers over the phone, tracking deliveries, dealing with customer enquiries and delivery problems, liaising with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of orders and deliveries, managing key accounts and ensuring dispatch of returns to customers and offering a high quality service.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for customer service, you will be organised and have a good attention to detail with excellent customer service and communication skills.Essentially you will be the `go to person ` for the client.
You will have an Administration and Customer Service background, with intermediate skills in Excel and Word, be calm under pressure and work well within a team.
The hours are on a rotating shift pattern of 8.00 to 16.30, 9.00 to 17.30 and 09.30 to 18.00 with 1 hour for lunch.The company are offering a competitive remuneration package of £23K per annum, plus a £300 annual bonus, plus pension, free car parking ,20 days holiday which rise with the length of service and opportunities to develop and progress.
