Client Relationship Manager

Are you an experienced Client Relationship Manager within the Asset management and debt recovery industry? If so, this might be the role for you…….

Working in my clients Manchester based office, you will look after a portfolio of clients and continue to grow and build these relationships. Liaising with both clients and bailiffs, you will be confident and able to look after your daily workload in a timely manner.

Day to day duties would include:

Continually reviewing files to ensure accuracy, helping deliver a first-class service to all clients.
Manage ongoing relations with clients and ensuring requirements are met on time.
Creating reports for clients when needed.
Ensuring invoices are raised and sent in a timely fashion, taking payments and dealing with postal and online enquiries.

To apply for this role, you MUST have previous experience in a similar role from a banking/finance/legal background, but ideally within a debt recovery establishment.
