Client Service & Development Officer

Job Description

Brook Street (UK) Limited is currently working on behalf of our client who is seeking to recruit a Client Service & Development Officer to work as part of their team in the heart of Belfast.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Admin support to the manager for client relations and building matters
* Support Telephone Call handling
* Manage the booking system for meeting rooms and events
* Communicating efficiently and effective with the team, as well as current and potential customers
* Prepare invoicing and financial reports
* Arranging/Preparing/Organising meetings as required by our internal and external clients
* Maintaining accurate records of relevant documentation
* Marketing Planning and co-ordination
* Co-ordinate Building management
* General Housekeeping in the building

The Person

* Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation
* Ideally hold a third level education qualification in Business or Marketing
* Be able to demonstrate achievement working as part of a team, if not in a work environment then either in a leisure/sporting context or with a voluntary organisation
* Adept at using IT including basic MS Office skills (Outlook, Word etc.)
* Sense of initiative and organisational skills
* Experience of working with a switchboard
* Marketing skills on social media, website and print would be an advantage
